Legaspi, who lives in the coastal village of Infanta, Pangasinan led the 15 fishermen who petitioned the Chinese encroachment at the United Nations in 2015.

Roger Cantos yup hinde nga yun pinirmahan, pero yun yung kasunduan na sinusulong ng CHina, at hinde naman binasura yun, need na ma revise yun, actually they are looking for alternative wording, need natin maging mabusisi sa mga documents na pipirmahan baka iba ngang word gamitin pero same naman ibigsabihin .
